Reverse butterflies: Some of best exercises you can do with rotator cuff and other shoulder injuries is scapular stabilizer exercises. The reverse butterfly address both the scapular stabilizers and the triceps. It should be done symmetrically with both shoulders (even if only one is affected) because one sided reverse butterflies do not activate the muscles properly.

Skull Crushers: To better isolate your triceps, i would recommend doing your triceps strengthening while lying down to prevent further stress on your shoulders. However, if you have had recent rotator cuff surgery, please do not do any strengthening until your repair has healed and you are cleared to move ahead.
