Hard to tell : Research is needed to best answer these types of questions. Unlike fda approved drugs, dosing for supplements like adrenasmart are not standardized and they are not rigorously researched, making their potential for drug-drug interaction unknown. Tramadol plus wellbutrin (bupropion) plus adrenasmart could conceivably precipitate seizure. Question is if adrenasmart is even needed for your "adrenal exhaustion".
