Head trauma: If she has not lost consciousness or vomited, i would just monitor her. If you see a change in her character, take her to the er.

Is she conscious: If the bump was something manor(meaning she cried right away, no loss of consciouness, no bleeding, no swelling, and she is back to normal few minutes after), then just observe for the rest of the day. No need to go to er. If there was any alteration of her consciouness at any point, any bleeding/skin break, vomiting, change of personality immediate er evaluation is required.
