Calcium lactate: Feel for the knot(s) in your calf muscle, put pressure on them (firm pressure causing no more pain than what you can relax with), and then stretch the muscle and fascia lengthwise moving your hands along your skin...slowly, and drag the skin. The best supplement I have found for calf cramps is calcium lactate. Not any of the more popular kinds of calcium. www.blatmanhealthandwellness.com

Calf cramp: Calf cramps can be relieved with ice pack, massage, forced flexion (not extension), extra salt, extra calcium, extra potassium -- plus rest.
