Nocturnal Emissions: I will assume by 'leaking yourself' that you leaked out semen. This is known as a nocturnal emission and this is a common and normal experience for young men. It happens more frequently if one is not ejaculating regularly, but it is not a disease and you cannot stop this from happening unless you begin to ejaculate more regularly.
