Is vicks baby rub safe to use on my 8 month olds feet?

Vicks: Although the package recommends applying to your baby's chest neck and back, it is perfectly safe to use on the feet. In fact, i've had patients tell me it works better when applied to their babies feet. Keep in mind, however, then no over-the-counter remedy can guarantee symptom relief.
