Sleep is necassary!: Ften our sleep is disrupted by stressful thoughts. The mind is busy trying to resolve the day's concerns. Listening to a relaxing tape can help. Deep breathing and peaceful meditation, anything that soothes the troubled mind aids sleep. One hour is not enough but it is a start. Sweet dreams!
