I have been having random itching for a month. the worst is my palms & feet. there is no rash but my palms get very red while itching. help please. ?

Unsure: Could very well be eczema which can be associated with stress and other problems. If the rash has dry silver scales or shows on the elbows think psoriasis. First try a moisture treatment like lotion and if not relieved get checked. Do not use alcohol on your skin which can dry out the skin more.
