Rash that is all over my body. my palms too. itches sometimes and gets really red after shower? barely see it most of time.

Small bumps present?: If you have noted small red and itchy bumps after showering, it may be from a condition known as cholinergic urticaria which occurs when the body temperature rises and starts to cool down. If this is what you have, this is not a serious condition and can usually be helped by taking an antihistamine before any activity causing a rise in body temperature. (exercise, stress, hot shower etc).
