Abs ?: All of us have abs. For abs to be well defined a person needs to have a body fat composition ranging around 4-10%. Most normal folks in their teens carry about 15-20% body fat. Losing body fat through diet while exercising to improve muscle tone can give you defined abs. Swimming is one way to do this.
