Weight gain: If this teenager has always been thin and there is no underlying illness or history that would cause poor weight gain - then consider maintains a healthy nutritional diet and include meats, fish , fruits, vegetables, and legumes. "Getting fatter " is not necessarily healthy - staying trim with good muscle tone maintains a good physiology which I turns keeps you healthy. Trim people live longer
