Pleurisy?: Discomfort in the chest that worsens with a deep breath is called pleuritic pain or pleurisy. This is often due to some inflammation of the lining around the lungs or the sac around the heart. Often it is due to a virus and will get better without treatment. However it could be something more serious condition with the lungs or chest and if it continues or worsens, see your doctor.
