Urinate frequently: Most people who urinate in bed or wet their pants have not urinated enough. Also do not drink before you sleep. Hope this helps.

Urinalysis ; cysto.: Should have had a careul ; complete neurologic examination. Surely have had a urinalysis as you have had an us, however utis from gram positive bacteria can test negative on urinalysis dipstick. Cystourethroscopy (telescopic examination of urethra ; bladder) is reasonable next step. Lumbo-sacral MRI might be indicated to rule out spinal cord pathology. Urologist has likely advised accordingly.
