Pregnancy Testing: The only way a pregnancy test would be positive is if there has been implantation and enough time for the fetus to really begin to grow. I would bet you got pregnant one month ago.

No: A pregnancy test can only read positive after it has implanted into the uterine wall and started to produce HCG (human chrorionic gonadotropin). If it's positive, it's likely that you become pregnant the previous month.
