About 2 weeks after: Women with regular cycles that are a month long, usually get pregnant about 2 to 2.5 weeks after the start of the LMP (last menstrual period). That means if the LMP is August 3, conception would be about 14-17 days after August 3. Of course, all dates are estimates, and in almost all cases, the exact date does not matter.
