Not sure what: I am not familiar with 'tyotocin'. I looked for its active ingredients at several differnet medical web sites and can't find anything on it. Please look on bottle and enter in the active ingredients so i can help you. Best thing for ear pain in a 6 year old is treating the ear infection and then using tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibupofen as needed for pain relief. Chewing gum also often helps relieve pressure/pain.
