should i worry if i get one or two yeast infections a year. i do everything right but still get them.

No: I wouldn't worry, they can be very common and some women are just more prone to getting yeast infections more often than others. Prevention= avoid douching, wear cotton underwear and loose fitting pants or skirts, change out of wet clothes such as swimsuits or workout attire as soon as possible, stay out of hot tubs or very hot baths.
