Yeast activity: Yeast are opportunist organisms. They generally cause no problems when they are present in the digestive tract or on the skin surfaces unless conditions become "opportune" for them to misbehave.Sugary feeds can allow thrush to occur in the mouth. Diaper rashes eventually include yeast if they last very long.Rarely yeast can invade the blood if the immune system is compromised.Extremly rare @ 2y.
