Not sure...: Not sure i understand your question, but "dermatome" refers to the cutaneous distribution of sensation for a given nerve. I am not familiar with the term "center of the tendon jerk." deep tendon reflexes evaluate a muscle's ability to sense a stimulus and react to it via contraction.
