Yes: As long as she is awake and alert, she should be fine. If she begins to cry, complain of pain, develop an inability to touch her chest with her chin without exquisite pain, or develops problems with speech, walking, loss of use of part of her body, go to the er. If you have any concerns by morning, call her pediatrician. In fact, you may wish to do that now. Injury is insignificant by descriptio.
