I have multi level uncodiscarthrosis, grad i-ll canal stenosis with facet arthrosis. uncophytosis and slight cord flattening at c2. could you explain?

I don't think you : Have it exactly as on the report, but it appears the report is indicating that you have arthritis, including bone spurs in many levels of your cervical spine -- including your disc space level, uncovertebral joint level (these can narrow the area where your nerves pass, ; push on nerves). It also indicates you some narrowing of the spinal canal. Go see a spine surgeon if you are having symptoms.

Spondylosis: When spine joints are arthritic, they get bigger. This growth which is a body response to increased pressure encroaches on the spinal canal where the spinal cord is causing stenosis.
