Highly unlikely: No, not all pancreatic cancers cause jaundice but it would be highly unlikely for someone so young to have it, especially with a negative workup so far. You yourself admit struggling with "hypochondria" and that to me that is a good first step. Get counseling and make your life one you can live without fear, be it that you live to be 30 or 130. Congratulations for staying away from toxic habits.

Not likely: You are not in the right age for pancreatic cancer which occurs in 50-60 year olds, unlikely under 40 years. Go see your primary care and he/she can help you . Low appetite can be due to depression. If your pain in belly is persistent, or getting worse a ct scan of the abdomen can be done to check it all out thoroughly.

Not likely.: Pancreatic cancer would be very unlikely in your age group. Left upper quadrant pain is very nonspecific but could be due to your stomach or the muscles in that area. If you have seen an internist or GI specialist for this reason, i suspect you would have received an appropriate work up. You could always get a second opinion if needed.
