Yes: If you're asking can a woman get a positive pregnancy test appx 28days after having a negative pregnancy test, the answer is yes. Sometimes if a woman is worried she might be pregnant and the test is initially negative, then we recommend repeating the test in 5-7 days following.

Sure : Bhcg doubles about every 48 hrs. Until your hormone level reaches about 20 which occurs about 10 days after conception then a pregnancy test would not be able to detect it. In your case it seems like you'll need to wait till you can get an ultrasound to determine how far along you are to then be able to determine when you got pregnant.
