See a dentist: The swelling appears to be caused by an infection, from either the gum or a tooth. A dentist in your area can assess the situation to determine what treatment you need and prescribe the proper medication. In the meantime take otc pain meds.

Swelling and Pain: Are two good reasons to see a dentist asap! you can't fix the problem but a dentist can. Untreated infections can cause serious problems and even become life threatening. Otc pain medications are all that you can do in the meantime.
