No: They are not known to affect fertility. Prozac has potential to affect libido, erection and ejaculation, bit not fertility. Wellbutrin (bupropion) does not tend to have these side effects and may protect from such side effects from prozac, that is, the combination may have fewer such side effects than Prozac alone.

Maybe: Some ssris (prozac) have been associated with increased levels of sperm dna fragmentation which could lead to infertility or miscarriages. However, it is only one study that needs confirmation. This information needs to be balanced by the increased quality of life associated with taking the medications. You can check for sperm dna fragmentation and know for sure.
