Stretching: Stretching stretching stretching. Unfortunately, there is no easy way out here. Stretching at the end of a workout gets great results for muscle and tendon lengthening. Stretching 6 hours and 24 hours later reduces swelling that naturally results from muscle workouts. So the answer is stretching stretching stretching!
