Ectopic pregnancy: If you had a tubal ligation and are now having pain and your cycle was delayed, you could have an ectopic pregnancy. It could also be a cyst on the ovary but the ectopic pregnancy is more urgent. You should see your provider to find out if you are pregnant and have it managed appropriately.
