Hi. i got my last period since march and i am yet to get my since then,it's over 60 days. i don't have any symptoms aside my left side of my lower abdomen which is hard and uneven to the right side. please what's going on with me.

If not pregnant: Could be irregular ovulation, from polycystic ovaries/insulin resistance, also could be fibroids, or large ovarian cyst. Am exam and testing with your doctor is a good next step.
