If tested for, yes: Paxil (paroxetine) is not typically tested for in general physiological screenings like cbc, blood chemistry, urinalysis, etc. However, if they're looking for specific drugs or medications they may do a screen focused on finding these. If involved in a clinical trial, it's very important to inform the staff of other drugs you're taking, since these may invalidate the results!
