Diagnosis is made : After a thorough assessment. There are many disorders that can present with the symptoms you mentioned including but not limited to, urinaty tract infection, insomnia, depression, anxiety et.C. The only way for you to be sure will be to get evaluated by your doctor. Good luck.

Multiple: Urinary urgency does not fit in with the rest of these symptoms. You could have a urinary tract infection plus additional issues such as depression and/or over-sedation from medications. You are on 3 medications which can make you sleepy, cause memory ; focus problems, etc. Also, amitriptylene can affect urination, generally making it harder to pee. Please tell your doctor about these problems!
