Fissure?: Sounds like you might have an anal fissure-small tear in lining, common with passage of any hard object, in or out of anus! often heals with conservative therapy, but should be checked if persistent pain. Other possibilities might be inflamed or thrombosed hemorrhoid, or even an std, so get it checked if it doesn't heal soon.
