Great article but...: I think it's an excellent article. It provides references to support the recommendations ; there is evidence that each of the foods listed can increase cancer risk as well as harm health in other ways. That said, it is important to remember that "the dose makes the poison." none of these will kill you if only eaten on occasion, but a diet predominately of such foods will inevitably destroy health.
