Possibly: Palpitations can happen in 2-3% of people taking paxil; dizziness or lightheadedness is a known potential side effect in 6-14%. Have medications been added to your regimen, or have you perhaps added some supplements? Sometimes these can change how your body processes the paxil, (paroxetine) making you get a higher concentration in your system. Please check with your physician about these issues.
