Variable: Doses of amitriptylene can vary, depending on the patient and other medications being taken too. I see that you're also taking Aripiprazole and mirtazepine, according to other information you supplied. Not knowing these other dosages, i suggest you talk with your own prescribing physician about an appropriate dose of amtriptylene in your case. Some do well with as little as 10-25mg.
