What are the symptoms of a sinus infection and if i should be on antibiotics?

Several factors: If you have pain and congestion in the area along with feeling bad or rundown it's possible you have a sinus infection. Also, you will see bloody or colored mucous when you blow your nose. Best to see a physician so you can get examined and get the right meds so you can feel better. Good luck!

No: Sinusitis is characterized by nasal congestion, purulent nasal discharge, headache and facial pain over the sinuses inthe frontal and maxillary areas. Most cases will resolve without antibiotic treatment. Decongestants can be used for symptomatic treatment. Antibiotics are reserved only for the most severe or persistant infections.
