It is possible : Particularly if you have been doing things to improve your bone health. Weight bearing exercise; calcium; bisphosphonates.

Osteopenia : That is possible. It means that you must have done some things to better support your bone metabolism like weight bearing exercise, vitamin D, minerals, estrogen, and avoiding the things that decrease bone mineralization.
