Talc?: I'm not aware that talc might be used in the production of antibiotics (nor that it is problematic for anyone). If that is true, you would have to research it on your own manufacturer by manufacturer. Your pharmacist might be a good place to start.

Depends...: On the type of infection is the antibiotic that you need. If contains "talc" or not is not significant if you want to treat the infection properly. All medications have their collateral effects. Try azithromycin.
