No, no worries: It is not likely that youc an catch anything that quickly. So you can forget about it and do not worry about anything. There is hardly any illness which humans can catch from a dead bird, unless you have a prolonged contact like you can breath gems in for a long time.

Not likely : Casual contact with a fresh dead bird without scratching your skin or blood contact makes likelihood of infection low.
