Quite: Need tissue biopsy and clarification. May be benign sarcoidosis etc. Or can be malignant and one needs to know! (sub carinal means below trachea carina branching).

Concerned: These are abnormal findings on a ct scan, and require further evaluation. A doctor specializing in lung disorders can be very helpful in determining the cause.
