A member asked:

What can i do if my neurontin (gabapentin) is causing diarrhea?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Neurontin or miralax (polyethylene glycol): You obviously have a somewhat complicated situation in your G.I. Tract going on right now. I noticed that you are on MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) which itself can cause diarrhea. I did find references about Neurontin causing extremely severe diarrhea as well. I would recommend you contact your G.I. Doctor and ask what you should do with the MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) first. Perhaps all you will need is an adjustment in the miralax (polyethylene glycol).
