Belly ache: More information is needed, such as your age, sex, underlying medical conditions, history of travel, other symptoms present, location of the pain, left, right or middle lower abdomen, etc.In general a pain present for 2 weeks is not due to an acute process such as appendicitis, however anything going on for a long period of time should be examined.Please visit your doctor.

Depends: Are you male or female? Could be uterine or ovarian or colon. @ weeks of persistent pain needs a proper evaluation. See your pcp initilly and if necessary go to a specialist, either gyn, gi, or colorectal surgeon.
