My endometrial pain has become severe and i am afraid of getting depressed if i go on bcps and i am thinking about surgery, what is your opinion?

Endometrial pain: I would avoid bcps. You may also be having hormone balance problems of premenopausal causes. If you do take hormones ask for bioidentical natural hormones and avoid Premarin (conjugated estrogens) and Provera and prempro. The bioidentical hormones help fight depression and promote good health.
