100%: If he is not than you have not been intimate. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 95% of the population will test positive for antibodies to herpes simplex.

Very high: This is no big deal. The test isn't all that reliable, and the vast majority of people test positive for the antibody. HSV2 is a different story but even here, the labs aren't 100%.
