Crowns and eating: Getting your front teeth crowned should not prevent you from eating an apple or orange. If you have concerns ask your dentist before starting treatment. Ask your dentist about the material choices available--pfm versus all ceramic crown. Anything cemented can become uncemented so avoid anything really sticky (taffy apple or caramel coated things) after having he treatment completed.
