I : I do not think the swelling is related to your run, but more so to irritation or an abcess, the cause of which cannot be determined over the internet. Why don't you go see a dentist who can physically see you. Determine what your problem is, and advise you of the proper course of treatment? Hope this info helps.

This : This could have multiple causes, some dental related. Any medical professional you will see would want to rule out dental causation first, as this is most common for your symptoms. Therefore i suggest you start with your dentist. Congrats on your 10k.

I : I agree with the other respondent that you should start with your dentist (or oral surgeon) to evaluate the swelling. If his or her finding is inconclusive then have it checked out by a physician (ent would be my first choice).

See your dentist: to evaluate thee mouth. as it is probably not related to the migraine.
