Be patient: Exercise should be avoided for 3-4 days following tooth removal. The goal should be for only moderate exercise 72 hours after surgery, as tolerated. It will be beneficial to exercise your jaw by stretching your mastication muscles 3-4 times per day. Take care.

Post extraction: it should be safe to resume your workouts 2-3 days after your extractions. Start out moderately and build up to your normal workout if you are or having any problems. Contact the extracting dentist if you have concerns.
