Had up right back -shoukder pain for 20mths. my gallbladder is functioning 9%. this pain is daily. galbladder related? or something serious?

Need more informatio: Back ; shoulder pain daily, by itself, is not likely due to gallbladder dysfunction. If you are having upper abdominal discomfort ; nausea after eating, then that may be a gallbladder symptom. Isolated back ; shoulder pain is much more likely to be a muscular pain in origin.

Sounds like it: A cholecystectomy is not too traumatic laparoscopically. Go for it.
