Need more informatio: Back ; shoulder pain daily, by itself, is not likely due to gallbladder dysfunction. If you are having upper abdominal discomfort ; nausea after eating, then that may be a gallbladder symptom. Isolated back ; shoulder pain is much more likely to be a muscular pain in origin.
