Vestibulitis is ...: An infection that occurs in the hair bearing area inside the nose. This usually starts as a tender area on the nasal tip or inside. It can progress to an abscess and even involve the entire nose and midface. Keep the area clean, keep the fingers out and use Bacitracin ointment 3x/day around the vestibule. See a doctor if it progresses.
