No beta blockers: Nitrates and some calcium channel blockers but you should have an angiogram.

Ranolazine: Ranolazine is a specific antianginal therapy that does not cause bradycardia or hypotension. Beta blockers and calcium channel blockers should be avoided in bradycardia, while nitrates should be avoided in hypotension. Angina may also be caused by bradycardia, if slower than the heart demands. A treadmill test to evaluate for an appropriate rise in heart rate would help.
