A few comments: 1. Multiple sclerosis in 2013 is clearly a treatable and controllable disease, and your tysabri (natalizumab) is an excellent intervention. 2. Without medication, at 10 yrs, 50% become secondary progressive, and 20 yrs, 90%. 3. With tysabri (natalizumab), there is 42% reduction in disability progression. 4. Most people maintain function and productivity when treated properly. 5. Many treatment failures from older drugs.
